General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

AFFLUX – BrainPack

Article 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales made on the website www.brainpack-printable.com, owned by AFFLUX (hereinafter referred to as "the seller"). They define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of downloadable digital products.

Article 3: Digital products and access
The products offered for sale on the website are exclusively downloadable digital files (e.g. PDF files).

  • Once the purchase is complete, the customer immediately receives access to the files via:
    1. The thank-you page after purchase.
    2. An email containing the download links.
    3. Their customer account on the website.

There is no manual processing or physical shipping.

Article 4: Orders and payment

  • Orders are placed online at www.brainpack-printable.com.
  • Accepted payment methods are: bank card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
  • All payments are secured via Shopify Payments.

Article 5: Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the prices in effect when the order is confirmed.

Article 6: Refund policy
Given the intangible nature of digital products, refunds are only granted in the following cases:

  1. The email containing the download links was not received (after checking spam folders).
  2. A technical problem prevents access to the files.

Refund requests must be sent to info@brainpack-printable.com within 14 days of purchase.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, digital products are not subject to the right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

Article 8: Intellectual property and rights of use
All products sold on the website www.brainpack-printable.com are protected by the copyright of IMEX – BrainPack.

  • Downloaded files are reserved for strictly personal use.
  • It is forbidden to resell, share or reproduce these files, whether free of charge or for commercial purposes. Any infringement exposes the customer to legal action.

Article 9: Warranties and liability

  • The seller guarantees lifetime access to the digital products purchased.
  • The seller cannot be held liable for errors made by the customer when entering their details, or for problems related to the use of their computer equipment.

Article 10: Collection of personal data

  • The data collected (name, email, address, etc.) is necessary for order processing and invoicing.
  • The website uses Shopify cookies to improve the user experience. Personal data is never shared with third parties.

Article 12: Disputes and applicable law
In the event of a dispute, these GTC are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Belgium.
